FORD FOUNDATION, INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIPS PROGRAM (IFP)
The International Fellowships Program (IFP), launched in 2000 by the Ford Foundation, is a 280 million dollar global program that provides opportunities for graduate study to exceptional individuals with leadership qualities from around the world. IFP provides fellowships for postgraduate study to individuals from groups or communities that have little access to higher education. Through IFP, the Ford Foundation supports Fellows from 22 countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, as well as in Russia.
