Established in 1981, the English Language Center (ELC) at Old Dominion University's (ODU) offers a range of intensive and semi-intensive, non-credit courses in English as a Second Language including six, seven week Intensive English Language Programs, an undergraduate and graduate Bridge Program leading to unconditional admission to ODU upon successful completion, a TOEFL Prep program, and a variety of part-time courses and customized programs.
